Package Flexibility & Upgrades
Your package credits are based on our Regular 30 minute session. If you or your practitioner that a longer duration is required for your treatment plan, you can upgrade your session at check-out:

Terms & Conditions
Validity: 12-packs expire in 12 months; 6-packs expire in 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds & Transfers: Packages are non-refundable. Credits may be shared between a maximum of one (1) nominated family members (must be linked at the time of purchase). Cancellations: 24 hours' notice is required for all changes. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in one (1) credit being deducted from your balance. Insurance Claims: In accordance with health fund regulations, receipts for insurance claims are issued only after the service is rendered. Service Extensions: Chiropractic credits apply to 30-minute sessions. Patients may use a credit for longer sessions by paying the rate difference at check-out ($30 for 45m / $100 for 60m).
