After I've bought a membership / package, how do I use it?

Our packages make it easy to book appointments at a discounted rate. After you've purchased a membership or package, here's how to view your subscription details and use them when booking services.

Step 1: Access Your Package
Go to the top-right of the page and click "My Account", then select "My Subscription".

Step 2: View Your Package Details
On the "My Subscription" page, you’ll see your current package, the expiry date, and how many sessions remain.

Step 3: Book a Service
Go to the Bookings page, select a service that’s eligible for your package (e.g., chiropractic or massage), then click "Book Now".

Step 4: Choose a Time
Pick the date and time that works for you from the schedule, then click "Next".

Step 5: Fill in Your Information
Enter your booking details. If your package applies, it will be automatically selected and will show:
 • Your package name
 • The valid until date
 • The number of remaining sessions

Step 6: Manually Select the Package (if needed)
If the package isn’t automatically selected, you can choose it manually from the payment options. Make sure it’s selected, then click "Complete Booking."

Step 7: Final Confirmation
You’ll see the appointment shows $0 since it's covered by your package. Click "Save and Continue."
 You might be asked to enter your card details to confirm the booking—but don’t worry, you will not be charged.

What are the benefits of becoming a member, and can I cancel at anytime?

Members enjoy better pricing, priority bookings, and 10% off all products.

Depending on the memberships tier you choose, we either have a 3 or 6 month commitment, however after that you can cancel your membership with just 14 days’ notice.

What if I want to try it before committing?

Accepted Answer

Great idea! Try a once-off appointment or one of our packages, and if you love the results, you can easily switch to a membership later.

Can I combine massage and chiropractic in one membership?

Yes! Our combo memberships are the most popular for a reason — they offer the biggest savings and the most balanced care.
