Terms and Conditions for Kiro Health Chiropractic & Massage
1. Clinical Services All treatments are provided by qualified practitioners. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a clinical assessment deems it unsafe or inappropriate.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Payments & Private Health Insurance Payment is required in full at the time of consultation. Please note: We do not have on-site HICAPS facilities. Patients are responsible for paying the full fee upfront. We will provide a formal tax invoice/receipt which you can use to self-claim your rebate through your private health insurer’s app or website.
4. Health Information & Privacy Your privacy is paramount. We collect and store your health data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
5. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

1. Collection of Information We collect personal and health-related information (such as medical history and contact details) via our practice management system, Splose, to provide safe and effective Chiropractic and Massage treatments.
2. Use of Data Your data is used solely for clinical record-keeping, appointment reminders, and billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security Kiro Health uses industry-standard encryption through Splose to ensure your health records are stored securely and remain confidential.
4. Access to Records Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
